# Pensy.AI > Pensy.AI (pensy.ai) is an AI life coach. Pensy learns from your goals, check-ins, calendar and what's on your plate to understand you and how it all ties to your personal growth, then coaches you: it follows up, helps you reflect, holds you accountable and points out patterns. It never does tasks for you. You just talk; there are no forms, habit trackers, or journaling homework. Naming: the product, site, and brand are "Pensy.AI" (pensy.ai). "Pensy" is the AI coach itself — the knitted character users talk to. Both refer to the same service. Key facts: - Product: a web app (no download required) with chat and voice. Morning coaching letters arrive by email, and subscribers also get a weekly report; replies to Pensy's emails reach Pensy like any other message. SMS is not offered. iOS and Android apps are in development and not yet in the app stores. - Coaching: Pensy is a life coach, not a task assistant. Accountability is part of the coaching — it logs commitments made in conversation and follows up — alongside reflection, pattern-spotting and help preparing for hard conversations. - Memory: builds a user-visible picture of goals, commitments, boundaries, relationships, mood, and patterns, and remembers what matters across conversations. Assistants that support custom MCP connectors (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, depending on the plan) can connect to it as the user, with the permissions the user approves, and bring their goals and coaching context into their work.
